State-of-the-Art Manufacturing

In our R&D Department we work out the basis for an economical and efficient production process. By making our own tools for the manufacturing process we guarantee that they will meet the high quality standards required.

TALLER produces turned and stamped parts in-house. Our injection molding machines are state-of-the-art and equipped with automatic positioning of the pins, computer-controlled image data processing and complete monitoring of the manufacturing process.

The individual components are assembled to complete plug inserts in fully automated assembly cabins, in which a camera- and computer-controlled monitoring system again ensures the highest product quality.
